Parents Home Sold. Cindy, Mark and Team Baglietto were amazing! The team was extremely knowledgeable of the market in the Plano area, very professional, and informative to my family and me as I navigated the sale of my parents home. Communication was open, honest, and frequent to make the entire experience smoother than I would ever dream it could be. Information was shared easily through email and DocuSign services which was just brilliant.Team Bagliettos professionalism and experience really shined through every step of the way! I would highly recommend them whether you are buying/selling or both. They are dedicated to meeting Your needs.

We have now bought and sold two homes with Mark and Cindy Baglietto. Most recently they helped us sell our home in Texas so that we could move out of state. After a bad experience with another agent and being on the market for weeks with no traction, we called Mark and Cindy. We explained the situation and how important and stressful this move was for our family, and they took over from there. They brought in a designer to help stage the home, a pro photographer and videographer to take photos and make a drone fly-through video, created a website for our sell and printed brochures. Unfortunately none of them ever got passed out because the home sold IN FOUR DAYS! We were thrilled with our experience, and how they made the whole process work for our specific needs. They even helped us find, hire and schedule all the techs and contractors to make needed repairs. I trust them both implicitly and will recommend them to anyone in the DFW area looking to buy or sell.

4th Time Working Together . In 2009 I was introduced to Mark & Cindy Baglietto. During a very difficult time in the market they sold my home and I received very close to our asking price. This was my first time to witness Mark get his teeth into a buyer. I never saw such great follow up after a potential buyer views your home. Anybody can take pictures! Anybody can write a description of a property but it takes a true home salesperson to allow proper time after a showing but then “GO TO WORK”. My wife and I sold again in 2014! “Hey Mark & Cindy, you want to help us again?” Same results! Top dollar! 2018 “Excuse me Mark & Cindy, Tina and I are moving again! Any chance you could help us yet again! Bam 3 for 3. Another quick listing and another top dollar.From 2019 to 2023 I would send Mark a txt now an again about everyday life. We would always connect and chat and he was not selling anything for me just being my friend. Well sure enough we decide to move again! “Hey Mark & Cindy, you want to try this one more time!” Mark said yes immediately. We timed the listing just perfect and sold in 35 days! We were able to move directly from one house to the next!Tina and I know the Baglietto’s 15 years! We have had many laughs together and sold some houses. They both are professional from start to finish! They let you share your thoughts and we come to an agreement about the listing, price, showings, Open Houses!!!! If you want someone to take nice pictures and list your home you have 500 agents to pick from! Great Experience - A Step Above. Mark and Cindy have so many years of experience, and are ready for any situation. They go over different scenarios, give different options and provide support for your specific buying or selling experience. Good to know I can lean on them for any questions I have and get real answers, not just what sounds good. They go above and beyond what you would expect from your agent. Highly recommend!
