AMY LOOKABAUGH, Cinco Ranch Realty Group, Katy, TX did an OUTSTANDING job selling our home at 2622 Lemonwood. She is quick, and efficient keeping us up to date on everything. We were Sellers from out of State but she took care of every detail. The photos and presentation on the MLS were excellent and the home HAD 3 OFFERS AND SOLD OVER ASKING PRICE IN 5 DAYS ! We so appreciate her level of expertise in helping us price the home right, work with a tenant that was relocating, negotiating the inspection and finalize every detail of the sale.

Amy is absolutely amazing! It was my first experience with selling a home (it was my childhood home) and she made the whole process painless and stress-free. She definitely knows her stuff! She is very detail-oriented and the listing she did was incredible. These days, the first showing of your home is what people see online and she knocked it out of the park. Loved working with Amy. She listens to what you tell her your wants are and stays very close to that request. She did not try to upsell me to homes outside the price or area I wanted. She was very helpful during walk thrus, pointing out features I had requested, and other good/bad things about the house I would not have otherwise noted. One big area was windows. She would always check them and let me know if they had been replaced with newer double paned or not. I had not even considered that.Once I made a decision on making an offer, Amy walked me through what to expect after the offer was accepted. She explained all the pros and cons after the inspection report came in. She also helped negotiate repairs needed after the report, saving me an extra $3,000 after I was ready to give in.She stayed in touch with me, encouraging me, all through the weeks of waiting on the loan approval. Amy is the best. I dont think I could ever have found a better agent to represent.me in my move from California to Texas.

We met with Karlee from Cinco Ranch Realty Group as she was the agent on the very first property we wanted to take a look at. Even though we ended up not placing an offer on the property we looked at we decided to work with Karlee and we are glad we did. We were first time home buyers and Karlee was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. Even though the closing did not go through on the first house that we were going to buy, Karlee continued to look for other options and we were able to find another house that we are now happily situated in. The seller did not have the agent, so Karlee handled all of the negotiations and kept us informed of the responses. Overall, Karlee did a great job, as she was very responsive, juggled her commitments to be able to show us houses on the weekends, and overall was a great source of knowledge for first home buyers like us. I would recommend Karlee to all of my friends looking to buy real estate.
