I and my wife arrived in the Houston area at the beginning of June to look for a house on our way to relocate from Bakersfield, CA. We were fortunate to get in touch right away with Melanie Ehrlich, from the team, based on a referral provided by the agent used in Bakersfield. She was able to setup around 7-8 viewings for the 3-day period of our search. Fortunately, the last house we visited in the third day we liked very much, we’ve made an offer, which was accepted in very short time. I’ve never thought that we can find a house, make an offer and get the offer accepted in less than 12 hours. Everything else after that worked flawlessly and now, after less than three weeks we are already in the new house. This is a fortunate story that proves that almost everything can be done when you get involved professional and dedicated people! Melanie Ehrlich worked patiently with us to get our house prepped and ready to list -- never losing faith that it was going to happen even though we stretched out the process more months than originally expected. She provided useful advice on impactful vs. unneccessary home improvements based on her many years of experience and these made a big difference in the successful showing of our home. Months in the works, but when actually listed we had a full price offer in less than a week! We also appreciated her quick response time to our questions and concerns and felt like she truly represented our best interests in the transaction.

Very professional. Found homes catered to my needs, and arranged tours quickly. Also conveyed my strong desire to close on time when the sellers agents did not provide paperwork on a lien to the title company in a timely fashion. The close and key handover happened on the same day as planned as a result. I wouldn’t give the seller’s agent or title company high marks, but Mona and Heather were great in representing my interests.

Mona and Christi helped us sell our house in 2014, and acted as buyer for our new home purchase that year. Never really expected to create a strong relationship with them, but what theyve done for us over the years has been nothing short of consistently amazing. Several occasions throughout the year (EVERY year for the past 10) their team will surprise our family by hiding Easter eggs, do something in the yard for Halloween and other holidays (like provide a free pie each year for Thanksgiving), have Santa pictures with local farmers market style set-up. Seems silly, but both my son and daughter love hearing the name Christi Buck because it means a fun surprise for them. We will be selling our house very soon and its not a question who will represent us. Solid, family-like, crew!
