The owner worked with my insurance companys adjuster and, together, were able to provide me with a fair and equitable out of pocket cost. I was able to include in the job all-new gutters as well. After all the recent storms, my roof had taken some major damage, so I decided to give Guapa a call for a quick roof estimate. They came the same day I called and gave me a very professional and honest estimate. My roof was done quickly and beautifully. Not to mention that the staff on site were not only very friendly, but very informative throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing fast and efficient roof repair! I will be using their services again should the time call for it!!

We live in an area that gets hit by a lot of severe weather, and we had used other companies for some prior roof repairs that just didn’t withstand later storms. We discovered Guapa Homes, and we have been thrilled with the results. Guapa homes is a Very affordable company, I was not over priced for my roof repair and they did a free inspection on top of that. The day after my inspection they had roofers out replacing my missing shingles! The Guapa employees were very quick with their work, they were in and out before I knew it. I couldn’t tell were the damage was anymore when they left. I would recommend Guapa homes if you want some quick, professional and affordable work done on your home!!!!!!!

After the last big hailstorm I knew I needed my roof replaced. A friend recommended Guapa Homes. Chris worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure I got all my gutters, screens, small metal things as well as the roof replaced. He even was able to get my fence repaired and restrained. Chris kept me informed thru the whole process and his team was professional and courteous.
