Christine Nivens is truly exceptional. I met her via Facebook over a year ago . At the time I followed her on social media I was already on the market looking for a home , qualified for funding & working with various realtors . Throughout that time , I wasn’t impressed with the loan offers , or homes available and started to become discouraged . I had my heart & mind set on where I wanted to be & didn’t want to change it. I was tired of realtors trying to convince me to downgrade my life or sell me the “ your first home isn’t going to be everything you want “ pitch . I almost gave up ! But thankfully I didn’t . Instead I fired everyone and came up with a different strategy and started to build a relationship with Christine .Even when I wasn’t her client , she remained open to all my questions & also directed me to other resources that could help any situation I presented to her ! I was impressed with the level of knowledge, patience , network , & willingness she had for me so it was a no-brainer for me to work her when I was ready again .Christine was ALWAYS available !Her responsiveness was incredible. She stayed on top of any changes that occurred before /during the process & does exactly what she says she is going to do in order tomake your desires a reality. Not only did she help me to find the perfect home for me and my daughter, she handled my anxiety, indecisiveness, and frustration along the way with so much grace and patience. Christine made the process of buying our first home so enjoyable. The home buying process was easily laid out (from initial real estate overview to close) and she was always available for a call/Facetime/text. As first time buyers we of course had many questions, and Christine was there every step along the way to make sure that not only did we understand it, but we were comfortable with the answers. We were sending her home late some evenings and able to see them the next day, no issue. She is extremely connected to different professionals in the DFW market (mortgage brokers, contractors, handymen, etc) which helped seamlessly move along our process. She was always on the same page as my husband and I in regard to likes/dislikes in houses, what we wanted to put offers in on houses and ensuring we were in the school district we wanted for our daughter. She will not stop until you find your DREAM home. I cannot recommend Christine enough!!

I cannot recommend Christine Nivens enough! Christine is a top notch realtor who made such a monumental and stressful purchase feel effortless. I reached out to Christine for my Florida to DFW relocation and after an initial conversation, she completely grasped what I wanted and needed. I worked with her mostly remotely since I was in Florida during the process and just flew out for less than 48 hours to see homes. She diligently made sure I could see all my top homes during the short trip and when we found the home she quickly worked to make it happen. Christine advocates for her clients and really sets the bar high. I felt fully informed and guided the full way through. My family and I couldn’t have been in better hands.
