As a buyer, she also quickly identified what was important to me and we were able to narrow down options efficiently. Lastly, throughout the negotiation process she did great to make sure I was aware of all my options. I wasnt able to attend the inspection and my realtor stepped in and met the inspector, as well as sitting on the call with me as we reviewed the inspection report. Wow, this was such a great experience. Ive bought a house before and working with a realtor is not always the best experience. Everyone knows a Realtor and they usually hound you once they know you are looking to purchase a home. Not Christie with Perfect Place Realty. When I told her I would be looking for a home soon, she gave me some great advice on where to start and let her know when I was ready.Again, Ive worked with other Realtors before but none of them ever made me feel as comfortable with the entire process as Christie did. She sent me some lenders that might help but was in no way pushy on using them.Once I was approved for a loan, we or actually she went to work on finding a home for me.With the market being as competitive as it was, she knew there would be multiple offers on any house we went after and then gave me the best advice. She told me that if this is the house I wanted, then lets swing for the fences. In this advice, she said it might be advantageous to write a letter to the seller because YOU NEVER KNOW. This letter was to explain a little about myself being a single dad trying to move closer to my daughter so I could spend more time with her, reasons I liked the house, complimenting them on how they have kept up the house and to even submit a pic or two. I was a little hesitant at first, but thought oh well, it couldnt hurt.Well it worked. It seems that there were several bids higher than mine. Yet, the seller received my letter, was a single mom herself and knows what its like to want to be closer to your child. She liked the compliments I gave her on the house and with a little adjustment on my bid, she chose to sell the house to me. Ive been in the home over a month now and couldnt be more happy with it. Thank you Christie for all the hard work you put into helping me find my Perfect Place. A 5 Star rating is 100% deserved. Youre the best.

We re-located to Dallas not knowing much about this city. Christie Hill did an excellent job of listening intently to our needs, sifting through hundreds of houses (literally) and only showed us houses that met our criteria instead of having to sift through them ourselves. She always made time (as hectic as her schedule was) to personally show the properties to us, having done extensive research on the properties before visiting them. Super knowledgeable about the greater DFW area (from as far north as Celina to as south as Midlothian and everywhere in between). Many times we would conduct our own search (just for kicks) only to find out that Christie’s already vetted out those properties or comment on certain aspects of the specs that would not meet our criteria. There were many other times she personally already had visited the properties before we even had interest in them to say “yay” or “nay” to these properties. Better yet, there were many other times Christie would have already visited/known/been in properties and comment on why those properties would or would not work for us. Very knowledgeable about the different communities across DFW and very resourceful in finding out minutia details that would be of interest to us. We had the challenge of being centrally located to Grapevine, Denton, Plano, Frisco, and downtown Dallas, and right from the beginning she already told us to concentrate on a certain city. Yet she entertained our adventure to look around the greater DFW area until we realized she was accurate from the very beginning. Very gracious of her! We not only worked with her on one property (our residence), but we also worked with her to get a rental property in the DFW area as well (that’s how much we benefited working wit her!) and she was incredibly adept at both transactions. There was never a moment we didn’t feel covered under her expertise and her attention to detail. Highly recommend Christie Hill for your real estate needs.

Christie helped to sell my dads house. This was a very difficult move for him because he would be leaving the last house that he lived in with my mom. It took him almost a year to finally decide it was time to sell. Christie stuck with him the entire year. She understood how hard the decision was and never once tried to speed up the process. Therre were times that dad was not easy to deal with (he is 87), but through it all Christie remained. Thank you, Christie, for all you did to make the process smooth even if it took forever.

Christie is a consummate professional and the best realtor I have met and worked with (I have transacted on multiple residential and commercial properties). Christie recently helped me find a home (in the summer of 2021). As you can imagine, it was a crazy time to buy a home. Because of her knowledge of the market, diligence, and interpersonal skills, I was able to close on the home that I am very happy with. She was formerly a finance/accounting executive, and as a finance executive myself, I really appreciated how she knew her numbers and how to structure the right deal in a residential transaction. She is also an extremely hard worker. For one of the bids we worked on, she stayed up till 2am putting all the paperwork together so that we could get the best bid to the sellers in a timely manner. We toured dozens of homes together, and each time, she had the comps and multiple angles of analysis put together for each home, in case we had to move forward quickly. She executed all of her work with a positive attitude and goals of making sure that I found the perfect home that I was happy with. I will gladly send all my friends and family to her to buy/sell homes. You cannot go wrong with having Christie on your side. I look forward to working with her again.
