Christi went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect home! We had a very small window that we were in town to view homes and Christi was able to get showings set up and help us maximize our time. She has great communication skills, kept us informed throughout the process and was very patient with our four-year-old daughter who was house hunting with us! Christi provided us with detailed information for each house we visited and was always able to get all of our questions answered in a timely manner. Purchasing a home out-of-state can be stressful but we knew we could trust Christi as she always had our best interest at heart throughout the closing process. Highly recommend!

I wish there were more stars to give! Christi is one of the most patient, kind, humble human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. My husband and I didn’t know what we wanted when we reached out to Christi; we just knew we wanted to move to a new home. She helped us figure out what was most important to us and we made a plan from there. I was pregnant at the time and knew that if we didn’t find something fast, we’d likely have to put our search on hold. Christi was fine with that and encouraged us to not make a decision if we weren’t ready. When we finally found the house we loved, she took care of EVERYTHING, her and her husband even helped make small repairs on our old home to get it ready to sell. She goes above and beyond for every client, and not for any other reason than her heart. She has a heart to serve people. I wouldn’t use another agent as long as Christi is in this business.

We have worked with Christi on a couple of occasions. A few years ago, she helped my daughter find her first home in Allen. This Spring, she helped us sell my 88 year old mothers house in Fairview so she could downsize to a senior living apartment. Christi guided us to the best time of year to list the house. She pointed us to trusted contacts who helped us with everything from managing an estate sale to plumbing and HVAC repairs, house painting, and house cleaning. This was a difficult and emotional process for my mom. Christi was patient and kind throughout. My mom loves Christi and is very happy with the way everything was handled.Christi advised us to list the house at a price higher than I would have expected. She said that she was confident in that number. Sure enough, we got several bidders and ended up selling the house for full list price in just a few days. All in all, we couldnt be happier with Christi She has my highest recommendation.

Christi was such a pleasure to work with in the sale of our property. She gave us good advice on what needed to be done to prepare the house, stage aspects, and timing to go to market. She always gave timely feedback on showings and weekly action to help move the house closer to sale. We felt strongly represented in our negotiations and discussions with buyer’s agent. Christi is knowledgeable about the market, and always willing to try a different approach to bring increased activity. We never felt that the house just “sat”. On top of everything, Christi is upbeat, positive, honest and kind. We would definitely work with her again to buy or sell a home!

We recently sold our home of 22 years and purchased our dream “Empty Nest” home with Christi Ledebur. We could not have asked for a better experience. Christi is so knowledgeable – any questions we had along the way; she always had the answer. It had been a long time since we had been in this position, selling a house and buy a new one – a LOT has changed, and Christi guided us through the whole process. She truly cares about her customers, loves what she does, and it shows! Thanks to her expert advice on staging our home, the beautiful listing photos, timing of our listing and open house, we had multiple showings and received an asking price offer within 4 days of posting our home for sale.
