What can I say about Chris Matthews, Ill tell you hes TOP NOTCH.This young man knows his stuff. I trusted him because he was always transparent with me.His knowledge of the industry is amazing.If he feels something is not in your best interest, he will let you know.I have had a very difficult year, and unfortunately had to sell my home. Chris did everything thing in his power for me. He dealt with an extremely difficult potential buyer. I mean VERY difficult. Chris always kept his cool and was very professional. Chris is the Jack of all trades! We were first home buyers so we lacked the experience on the home buying process however Chris helped us every step of the way! He is a straight shooter and extremely honest which we appreciated very much. Chris assisted with not only finding the perfect home but all of the white tape and paper work along the way. He is an expert in the market and did an amazing job negotiating with our builder. He was able to get all our blinds and a garage door opener thrown in for free. What I loved most is that Chris always responded in a timely manner and inspected each property with us diligently. He found several things we missed and this was invaluable to us. We knew at the time Chris was filming with another client for House Hunters (as well as attending to many other clients) but we always felt like we had his upmost attention and he never missed a beat. I can not recommend Chris enough! Our experience with him was wonderful.

First met Chris a few months ago and he was always there when we needed an answer. He never lost patience with us although we did a complete turnaround on price and location. He always advised us as to best location for us to stay within our budget and showed us numerous homes. Chris helped us throuhout the purchasing process and was there at closing for us. I cannot think of anything Chris could have done better. Both my wife and I consider Chris to be like family to us now and hope to stay in contact with him.
