I contacted Chris a couple of months prior to coming out to Austin to look for a rental. We talked about what I was looking for, and he was incredibly responsive to my direction. He was accessible through email and available for phone calls whenever I need to have a conversation. We reviewed MLS listings together and fine-tuned what was best for me. When I arrived in Austin to actually see properties,, Chris devoted so much time to me, was very patient and professional. I strongly recommend Chris, especially for anyone undergoing an out-of-state move. With only two weeks before we relocated, Chris was able to schedule 3-4 virtual home tours daily that matched the needs of our family (we have 2 small kids). He was patient as he walked us through each choice/showing, answering all of our questions without ever feeling pressured.Within a week and half, Chris was able to help us find and secure a home, guiding us throughout the process and addressing any questions and concerns - from utilities logistics to HOA rules/regulations.He also went above and beyond when our car arrived early, and we were still out of state. Chris generously offered to store it overnight and personally dropped it off at our new home the next day. Throughout, from initial virtual tour to move-in, Chris deeply impressed us with his responsiveness, care and professionalism while reducing the stress from an out-of-state move.

Let me just start by saying that our realtor Christopher Hitchcock was truly exceptional!We were new to Texas, with no friends and family, and did not know anyone to reach out to to ask for a referral in the real estate business. It was time for us to purchase our first property in Texas so we found our dream house that my husband and I liked, but we needed a real estate agent!! After going through a large list of available realtors in the area, I’ve made a decision to contact Christopher (and I am so thankful I did). He replied to our request immediately, made himself available to meet the same day, and scheduled a showing. We were very much impressed with Christopher’s level of knowledge about the neighborhood, and also the amount of data reporting that he had about the market, both of which were extremely important for us to know in order to understand the specifics of the housing market.Christopher is an effective communicator - we appreciated his ability to listen, his promptness, strategic mindset, his kindness and good energy, his calm mindset that gave us the confidence he would get the job done – and he did!When it was time to hire a general contractor to conduct the final inspection of the property, Christopher immediately offered his help and support in locating and hiring an inspector as soon as possible. During the home inspection process, it was determined that we needed additional evaluations to inspect foundation, roof, windows, etc. We only had a few days to complete that work (and let me add that my husband was out of town at that time). I called Christopher expressing my concerns if we would be able to finalize the inspections and reporting within just a few days - I was really getting nervous about it. Our great realtor Christopher told me he’ll be available to provide any kind of support and guidance he could. And he did! Not only did he make multiple phone calls in order to find and reserve available inspectors, he also actually met inspectors at the house and explained what is needed.It was an absolute pleasure to work with Christopher - he really treats the situation like he is purchasing the property; he looks out for you and has your best interests in mind; he will work with you to make your desires a reality.
