Chris was amazing in helping us sell our house! We had a terrible experience with a prior realtor who had our house on the market for 2.5 months. So my husband and I decided to take a break and figure out a new plan. Chris contacted us shortly after, so we decided to give him an opportunity. He promised that he would advertise frequently and to be in constant communication with us and he did just that. Overall the process was so much easier. AND we sold our house within a couple weeks. We will definitely be using him again!

We were so glad to have Chris as our realtor. To be honest, we almost went into the process without a realtor as it was a new build and we had already reached out to the builder about the lot we wanted. But we quickly realized that Chris was a great choice. He asked the questions we didnt think of, had answers and recommendations at times we needed them and he took the stress off of us by staying on top of both the builder and our broker. We wouldnt of wanted it any other way and we will definitely use Chris in the future. If you need a realtor, Chris is your guy!

Chris is well experinced and knows the North TX area well. This is the 4th home I have purchased, I move around a bunch, so I have past experinces to compare this to. He is one of the best I have worked with. He took his time to help me find the perfect place in this crazy market. I dont know how I would have done it without his his experience because the market is wild right now with no signs of slowing down. He guided me through the offer where he got a $9k seller credit to buy down my interest rate and then got additional credits from the sellers due to the inspection. He connected me with all the right people along the way and make sure the process ran smooth Overall I highly recommend Chris for any of your Realestate needs.

I couldnt have had a better experience finding a place to live than I did with my realtor, Chris Garcia. Very communicative, professional and timely. As soon as I gave him my needs regarding pricing and details of amenities for the house I was seeking, he immediately had listings for me to look at. As they became available he followed up with me right away to ask if I wanted to go see the property. I was looking for a rental property, and the communication between the owners and himself were very quick with immediate responses. He worked around my schedule and even showed me a house on a national holiday. I did not expect him to do that.
