Wed been searching for a couple of years for our home and it was such a difficult process. We sought after Chris and Cabby and they were on it from day one! Working with Jon and Christina was a dream! We knew that we wanted a unicorn- very specific type of home and requirements for that, in an even more specific part of town. Jon listened to what we wanted and took that heart. He went to showing after showing with us. He offered advice when asked and never made us feel pressured or like we should compromise on what we wanted. Eventually we found a house that surpassed our wish list and he was thorough and direct with the listing agent to make sure our offer was the offer that was accepted. Once under contract, he continued to walk us through each step of the process, again offering advice and recommendations when needed. Weve known Cabby for nearly 10 years and hes the first person we called when we decided to buy a house. We were so impressed with Christina and Cabbys presentation and attention to detail we hired them immediately! The home we chose needed work but we really wanted it. We came in with an aggressive offer and Chris and Cabby have an extensive network with contractors that were able to price the work needed. They were able to use those estimates to negotiate the price down and we got the house! It also appraised for more than what we paid so we have instant equity! It’s a fact that moving is one of the most stressful events in life for most people. Chris & Cabby did a fantastic job of making our home sale process as painless as possible. My move was a little more complicated than usual as a corporate relocation company was involved, our relocation coordinator shared that she really enjoyed working with Cabby as well. Chris & Cabby are very knowledgeable, easy to work with, detail oriented, and communicate well. We had some bumps along the road with our sale process (not the fault of Chris & Cab) and they were patient and we always felt they had our best interest in mind when sharing advice/feedback. Despite the unforeseen challenges we were under contract within a couple of weeks and closed within six weeks. Chris and Cab are a great duo! I never got to meet Chris personally, but I know she helped me in the process here and there. I worked mostly with Jon/Cabby, and before I met him, I was with another realtor. I always felt like I had to figure out things myself and was pushed to buy whatever house that realtor showed me. After hearing one of my coworkers speak about her home buying experiences with Chris and Cab I decided to give them a shot. Navigating the real estate market is an extremely complex task for any layperson like myself, but they both work to make it simplified and understandable.When it came time to sell our first home, they took the time to discuss our goals in selling the home and creating a plan and timeline to achieve those goals - mainly, to get the house sold during a pandemic and selling it for the right price. Their taste in design combined with their expertise in real estate did not disappoint, and within hours of listing our house (with tasteful professional photos done by their photographer of choice) we received our first offer followed by a competing offer later that day for above the asking price. In the end, we could not have been more pleased.Now, we are finishing up on closing on a new home with them by our side and their same work ethic and thoughtfulness has remained steady throughout.
