You will not find a better realtor in Midland! Chris Beckett should change his name to Chris Beck and Call. He’s always available to answer questions and guide you through the process. Extremely knowledgeable about all of the areas surrounding Midland and Odessa. He knows every lender, he knows every inspector, and he knows everyone else involved in the process. I’ve purchased several homes, and I’ve never had a realtor that was willing to be so candid when I asked his true opinion. He knew where to buy and where not to buy to make sure that we made the best investment. I can’t say enough about the guy. If I’m buying a house in an area that Chris offers his services, I won’t use anyone else!

We found Chris when we started the hunt for our first home. He came highly recommended (even by other agents!) And he was super attentive and friendly, helped us find the perfect house for our little family to grow in. We always saw him around town at community events, and he always remembered us.6 years after we bought our house, we had quite a string of bad luck. Chris was very accommodating when I told him we would have to sell our house ASAP to relocate for my husbands work, but since I was 6 months pregnant, funds and physical labor abilities were limited. We relocated shortly thereafter, and he was great about listing the house for sale, and communicated everything that was going on with the house while it was listed until it sold.Chris is a wonderful human being and an incredible agent, both on the buyers and on the sellers side. I recommend him to anyone who tells me they are in the market to buy or sell a property!

We were so lucky to find Chris to represent our home in the Grasslands! We hired him after ending a disappointing partnership with another realtor. He picked up our listing and, as he is highly skilled at communicating and thinking outside of the box, gave us several ideas to get the house in position to sell as fast as possible.In this market, sellers and buyers need someone that they can trust to give them possibilities where there seem to be few.Like the following: As we had already moved, our house was empty and we were advised by our first realtor to stage our home with furniture, costing $4000.00 out of pocket each month we didnt sell the house! We didnt want that option. Chris and his team suggested adding in virtual furniture to the online images. It gave buyers a sense of layout possibilities and was under $250 total. It looked amazing!Being 1300 miles away, trying to sell a house isnt easy. Chris kept us in the loop with every market development or showing that was done.
