I rented with this agency back in 2016 and stayed with them for a little over 5 years. I was just then starting out on my own and Mike was so helpful, even though I wasn’t making the eligible income amount. He still gave me a chance and out those 5 years I’ve only been late once and that was because a delay in a direct deposit. Throughout the time frame of me renting through them I’ve never had a problem, and they never had to worry about me as a tenant. I really do appreciate the fact that I was given a chance to prove myself, I can still remember that day and the feeling of getting approved. I miss you guys specially you Mrs. Edna

Mike was the first and only person I went to when I started looking for a house. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to his services we were able to get the house we wanted. I recommend him to anyone that asks about my house hunting process.

Great place to rent from. They come out and fix stuff when its broke. the only thing that I have a problem with is there computer tracking system for rent. If you pay rent early the system does not track well and youll get late notices.
