Lucky was our agent when we decided to sell our house. We had moved to another state so it was not possible for us to take care of the house. With Lucky, we didnt have to worry about anything. She went out of the way to make sure that house stayed in the best condition. When the temperature dropped, she went to store to get faucet covers for external faucets. In preparation of the ice storm, she regulated the house temperature accordingly and made the interior faucets drip so that we dont have any bursting pipes. She stopped at the house every evening to see if the other agents hadnt turned off the exterior lights by mistake. She did all this on her own goodwill. Her communication skills are best. Throughout the process, she kept us informed about any new development, guiding us in a selfless manner. She made herself available for all my questions all the time. She is so pleasant to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Where do I even start with this review? Lucky Lee is the most professional and amazing Realtor I’ve ever met. She is hands-down the best realtor in Temple, Texas. She is quick to respond, professional , knowledgeable and the process was so streamlined. She had a very good relationship with her lender that she recommended and they worked so well together. Lucky explained everything thoroughly and helped me make informed decisions. I was never surprised about anything. She went above and beyond and again her expertise in the Real Estate market is unmatched. I’ve worked for a Realtor before so, I speak from experiences with other Realtors. You can tell she loves what she does and it’s her calling. She had some amazing connections which made things so much easier. She has thought about everything from the beginning to the end! The best realtor in my books. Lucky was phenomenal throughout the whole process. She knows and understands the market, knows her locations etc. She answered all of our questions, followed up on everything and made sure that we are aware of every situation. In this crazy market, for her to get us through our biggest purchase ever is simply unbelievable. We appreciate her guidance and hard work she put in for us. 10 of out of 10 I would recommend and work with her again!
