I cant say enough good things about working with Abby Taylor in acquiring our LAST home. She has the patience of a saint. It took well over a year to find the one and she put up with us through that long process! But once it was found she took the time to go through every step of the buying process in great detail. As an estate sale it had more than its fair share of hurdles and she guided us without fail! She made an arduous process much smoother and with more calm then our previous home buying experiences. We acquired two properties and experienced numerous complications from sellers faulty description (which caused our financing to fall through), survey errors discovered by our surveyor (which was the initial alert to the faulty description), multiple alterations to documents at our request, and so on. Colton Pool was fantastic throughout the process. He drove out and walked the property, took videos and sound levels for us. Advised us on various features of the land. Then made all the arrangements for multiple remote closings. Colton has demonstrated a big heart and deep concern for his clients and we would definitely recommend Colton Pool and the Charles Pool Real Estate firm to everyone seeking properties in the Nacogdoches area. It has been a pleasure working with Colton as we explored several properties before making our choices.
