As a first time home buyer I had many questions and worries going into this. Charles Stephens was incredibly patient with me and did everything he could to make the process as smooth and worry free as possible for me. He was always available to provide guidance when I needed it. He continuously went above and beyond to do what ever was needed to ensure my daughter and I were able to purchase our forever home.
