I cannot say enough about Charles, Terry, and the Red Envelope Team. My family had a very complex situation and had no room for error or miscalculation on the sale of my elderly mothers home. When we interviewed Red Envelope, we left with 100% confidence they were the right team. They went to work immediately and managed to maintain a communication cadence to keep my family informed every step of the way.Keep in mind that exactly 1 week after we put the house on the market, Covid-19 crippled our economy, but that did not stop Red Envelope from exercising creativity and finding the right buyer in the middle of the pandemic!
