If I could give 10 stars I would! Char made the selling of our home a stress-free process. She was on top of things, giving us constant updates and providing us with a step-by-step process. She also made sure that any interested buyer had an opportunity to view our home and had all the information they needed. From the beginning she provided us with a net sheet, outlining the cost of everything and also what we would receive at the end of the sale. Cher was transparent about everything, which allowed us to trust her with the sale of our home. I highly recommend Cher to everyone and would use her again. Miss Baxter is amazing! I recently relocated from another state and needed assistance locating a new crib. I was referred to Miss Baxter through a mutual friend and thank goodness.
