Roger came out and explained everything we needed to do, to get started on the process to get ready to move. I would highly recommend him to people who are ready to start thinking about moving. He is very informative.2022 Roger has now sold two of my houses and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. We had moved out of state and had ended up having a bad experience with getting our playscape removed from the property and Roger legitimately ended up with it in a pile in his driveway. I wish he was in our state now as his insightfulness is hard to come by. If you are looking for a skilled professional to get your house sold then Roger is your guy. The best experience Ive had with realty, bar-none.And with the recent changes to the industry commission rates, I absolutely recommend Roger and Co. for any prospective buyers in the area that want an experienced hand to guide the process.Personally went through with a first-time purchase on a 2500 sqft starter house (4bd/2.5bath) in the greater Austin Metro circa 2018 and.. Ive never had a better experience from lining up the walkthroughs, to dealing with the seller arbitration, and finally closing the finishing paperwork (~1mo start to finish).The least I could do was post a good review for their reputation.
