My wife and I moved from out of state and even though we had lived in Houston before, we had no idea where to start. Chantell walked us through the process, helped us find our desired area, budget, home, community, lenders, builders, hopefully you see where this is going. Despite Chantell providing all the expertise and know-how the process was still unexpectedly quick (in a great way!) . She was able to help us nail down exactly what we wanted in the span of the week we visited and toured homes. In addition to being great at what she does, Chantell most importantly was like a family member throughout the process and we always felt like she had our best interests at heart. When we wanted to get a home Chantell made sure to write down everything that were important for us to have in a home, our budget, our dislikes and our preferences.
