    Luis Martinez was awesome for us to work with! We’ve done several real estate transactions in Fort Worth over the past several years, but this was definitely the smoothest and most pleasant one, and I credit Luis a lot for that. He never made us feel stressed or pressured as some agents have in our past experience. He was very instrumental in helping us negotiate conditions for our home purchase that all parties could feel good about. Again, everything about the transaction felt really easy and fair. We were also able to close in record time. I had considered reaching out to Chandler Crouch’s agency in the past on account of they stellar work they do in helping Tarrant county residents protest their taxes every year, and I’m pleased we finally had an opportunity to work with them! We definitely recommend asking for Luis! He’s super friendly, flexible, thoughtful, and won’t stress you out, which I personally think is really important when it comes to buying or selling a home.     My experience with Chandler Crouch and his team was excellent. Luis, Tracie and Deona were very informative, professional and patient with the entire process.     We found our forever home so fast. We gave Luis an idea of what we were looking for and in no time he came up with some addresses for us to look at. When we came to Caddo Mills, the first home we looked at the backyard was not good for us. We were looking for something a little bit bigger but the houses were great. He did not give up. He took us around until we found the perfect house for us. Luis understood that location and community was important to us and he found us the perfect spot. We would have never known about this house if it wasnt for him.

    Chandler Crouch Realty is an outstanding company. I first contacted them with questions regarding my property tax assessment. My questions were handled quickly and thoroughly. Because of the positive interaction interaction, I told them that I was going to use them when I was ready to sell my house. About a year later I called to have my home listed. I was given Joan Armijo as my agent. I could not have asked for a more dedicated, diligent professional. Through the entire process of listing, staging, marketing, house showings, inspection and closing, Joan handled all with utmost professionalism and excellence.     Im not one to write reviews with any sort of regularity, so you either need to really impress me, or really make me upset to get me to write a review outside of picking a star rating. This was the former.I had been having Chandler Crouchs office assist us with protesting our taxes for 3 years now. I remember the first time, I was also asked if I would be willing to retain their services if I ever sold my house. Given all the money they saved me with the protests, when it came time to sell, I remembered that, and reached out.We worked directly with Rachel Adkins at Chandlers office. We also received support from several other staff at the office. I was surprised when I saw their commission rates were slightly higher than other realtors I had worked with. However, we cheaped out on the last house we sold prior to moving to Texas, and looking in the rear view mirror, learned we could have gotten more if we had gone with a better realtor. So we figured, why not.Let me just say that I have learned recently that you DO, many times in fact, get what you pay for. OMG! Rachel was so amazing to work with, and helped out with SO MUCH of the process. She constantly kept us informed, and when something else in the process even tried to go sideways, she was right there on top of it, making sure the process remained smooth and stress free.We just closed on selling our house today, and this was without a doubt, the BEST experience I have ever had with any realtor. (For reference, this is the 5th time we have either bought or sold real estate.)If they worked in or were licensed in the state we are moving to, we would instantly be retaining their services again. There is also some interaction with questions from the class participants and with Chandlers humor, the class goes by very fast.
