I don’t know if Google has a character limit or not but for viewers I’ll try to keep this short and sweet… but it will be hard because Chad is truly amazing!! In 2022 my husband and I decided to look for a house but the market was too intense for us at the time. We decided to back out of our search and Chad was very understanding. About one year later, I get a call from Chad just letting me know what the market was doing and that it could be a good time for my husband and I to begin looking again… so we decided to start touring homes. My husband and I did not make it easy though! We searched for about 3 months, touring homes all over the Metro from Fort Worth to Mesquite to Waxahachie (where we finally found our home!!). At every single showing, Chad brought his enthusiasm and passion. Chad is the type of Realtor that truly learns about your needs, what stresses you out, what makes you happy, what makes you feel comfortable. He could tell when we loved a home or hated it. He could tell when we wanted to settle. He could tell when we were all in. If you’re searching for a realtor, stop!!! You’ve found the one right here!
