    Iā€™ve worked with Erika in another business in the past, so I knew how thorough and detailed she is. But, I was impressed again with my house search.     Chad is the best realtor in SWLA. He has not only helped us buy our first and second home, he has also helped us sell an investment property. We got him back in 2018 when we were first time home buyers, with a very small budget, but he was able to get us a 3 bedroom 2 bath that was a perfect first home. And when we were ready to upgrade, he was the first person we called. We looked at a few houses, and he would give us honest opinions and be able to spout out numbers on the spot. After a few months of looking, we settled into our forever home. Under asking price, I might add. All thanks to him. But it doesnt stop there, my husband and I have an investment property that we listed for sale by owner and was on the market for a month with no bites.     Chad Carroll and Erika Carlisle are awesome at what they do. They responded quickly to every inquiry and really helped us so much through our journey of buying and selling a home. They are experts at helping get your home ready to sell and if you just follow their instructions it will be sold in a flash. Our house was on the market for less than one week and was already under contract. We fought through many struggles including two hurricanes and having to recover from the damages and devastation that tore through our area. But we were blessed and purchased our new home in the beginning of December 2020 and we are now selling our old home in the middle of January 2021. They had many suggestions to help us navigate this home buying and selling experience including some very creative ideas which were very successful.     Chad Carroll made finding and purchasing the building for a new business a much easier and even enjoyable experience. He worked very hard for us from April until we finally closed in February. My partner and I both agreed, there was no change in Chads energy and drive from the first day we started looking at buildings (and we looked at A LOT of buildings) to our closing date. I know he is a busy man, but when he was helping my partner and I, I felt like we were his only clients.
