Bill Robbins was referred to us by a friend and so glad they did!!!. We didnt know much about the area but Bill listened to our needs and began his search. Within a few days, we had an offer in on our perfect home. Being from out of town most of the paperwork was done electronically, he coordinated the closing too. I cannot say enough good about Bill Robbins and CH2A Realty. From the 1st time I met Bill, he was prepared with a bound booklet with all of the listings I had requested to see PLUS several more that were similar. I live out of town and he was willing to meet me whenever was convenient for me. He took what I told him from our discussions and found some homes to show me that were even more suited to what I was looking for than the ones I originally asked about. The home I ended up buying we heard about after I left town, but he went over on his own and called me and said it was exactly what I was wanting. He was right! I have never purchased a home on my own before and I truly felt like Bill was looking out for my best interest - even when I didnt know what questions to ask. I could call or text him with any questions or concerns and he always got back to me - always answered my call. He went above and beyond by showing up when I could not (for inspections and such). Even AFTER the sale, he took care of letting painters in, getting me keys, and putting a lockbox on the house for me, so that I didnt have to make extra trips. He was so kind and knowledgeable.My advice: Skip the name brand realtors or the Top 10 in College Station... you will NOT get the personal attention that you will get from Bill.Bill Robbins knows and loves College Station and he will work for you!Jennifer H.
