Working with Cindy Hamm to buy our first house was an amazing experience. Me and my husband decided to buy a house in the middle of the pandemic. I knew of Cindy from family but had never met her. I texted her, she hopped on a call with us and we were all looking at houses a couple of days later. Her knowledge and relationship with our neighborhood & builder helped and I know there were many behind the scenes things Cindy did to make sure our experience was great and we loved our decision/first home. Three years later, Cindy still checks on us. She truly cares about her clients. When the time comes to move, we will be using Cindy without a doubt. -

We met with three real estate agents to help us purchase our new home and Cindy Hamm came to us by a personal referral. When we met with Cindy she had already prepared information for our review and consideration based on some basic parameters we gave her over the phone on the type of home we were looking for.After meeting with her for over an hour we were convinced Cindy was the right agent for us. We told her we had a particular home in mind and she immediately contacted the Builder to set up a tour of the home that afternoon. Within a couple of hours we were presenting an offer for the home and by the end of the day had reached agreement for the purchase of our new home.Cindys knowledge and tenacity through the process helped us get an excellent agreement and enabled us to avoid some issues and pitfalls we would have had without her guidance and expertise. She kept in contact with us all hours of the day and even on weekends. We were able to have our final walk through within eleven days and close on the home within fifteen days of when we first toured the home.Cindy gets a 10 from us and we would recommend her in a heart beat. -

Cindy Hamm guided me through an easy process of buying my new house. We had gone to multiple house listings before and when I found the one that I wanted not only did I get it at the price that I wanted but I got the best deal possible because of her. Well Fast Forward two and a half years and I decided to sell my house and move out of the city of Royse City and Cindy got me more money than I was originally asking. Her Realty people and her are outstanding, courteous, polite, funny and they believe in what they do and they believe in the person that theyre helping and they want them not only to get the best deal but to get one thats going to be easy to manipulate all the paperwork, all the inspections all the moving. Anything that goes along with buying and selling the house, she and her company, but especially Cindy are there to help you every single step of the way. I would have her come and help me sell my house again or buy another house again if I live any place near her and if you dont use her as a realtor you might be missing out on the best deal that you could ever have -

The absolute best experience buying a house. This was my third house purchase and first time using CGH and once again, the best experience. You feel like family, they’re personable and the experience they have as Realtors is bar none. You will get the answers to your questions and they will explore everything you’re looking for.
