    Kim Cooke helped my husband and I find our dream home in the hill country. We searched for almost a year trying to find the perfect property for our growing family and Kim was incredible to work with throughout the entire process!     Just a quick note of thanks for your guidance and help throughout the sale of 508 Highlands Drive, my mother’s estate. It turned out to be a complicated transaction with buyer and seller closing at different times and the sale contingent upon buyer selling their home for the proceeds. Even given all that, everything went amazingly well. Your advice and counsel made the process straightforward and smooth, and your recommendations regarding service providers (estate sale companies, title companies, contractors, etc.) were excellent.
