We are in the process of listing a house for sale in Wimberley. Our realtor is Marcie Jenkins. Marcie has been, by far, the best realtor I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve sold many houses in Texas over the years. Marcie has gone above and beyond to anticipate issues ahead of time and has done lots of the research for us to make it easier on us during a very stressful time. She has also provided frank, honest feedback, to make sure our house is in show-ready condition. So far, it has been a pleasure working with her and Century 21.

I sat down with Melissa to talk about what properties were available in this tiny town, and she was on top of it; what was just posted on the MLS, what was just sold in the area, what areas were really nice, what areas typically had unrestricted construction, etc. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job.She also was just very friendly and down to Earth - not someone who struck you as oh, this is just another salesperson.Thank you maam.
