Robert Johnson was such an important part of our preparation and selling process. He patiently met with us and spoke to us countless times sharing market analyses, suggestions on helpful upgrades prior to sale, opinions on how best to spread our limited funds, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of selling at various times of the year in various economic markets. When I say he was patient, I mean - I cant believe he stuck it out with us as we struggled through our own indecision, but what a delight to know he was there the whole time.The bottom line is he was a partner with us from the very beginning until past the successful sale and close.
