She is very personable, professional, detail oriented and guided me in the process of both selling and purchasing a home. As I had never done either she guided me on every step in the process.     I recently had the opportunity to work with Angela Herrera on the purchase of my home. She is spectacular!! She made every attempt to personalize my experience from beginning to end. I loved the fact that she was always readily available. I must say that I was slightly particular. With this being said, we looked at quite a few houses over a six month period.     I’ve had the pleasure of renting from Century 21 for the past year. They have always gone above and beyond to do what’s right. They are prompt with maintenance or any issues that occur.     Everyone has a realtor to recommend to you. Wifes cousins friend from west Texas who is AWESOME...Ive found that it is difficult to trust these recommendations because they are Solely based on relationship, not actual quality of work.I worked with Sheila Shupp after interviewing her.She was wonderful in the interview and STELLAR at her job.Through the process she became a good friend, but it was her excellent work that helped me sort through the confusing home buying process & find the perfect home for me and my needs.Sheila was an excellent partner, confidant, and guide through my homebuying process.She comes highly recommended from me for her excellent work.I highly recommend that you consider interviewing her to be your realtor.

    I had the pleasure of working with Cathy and Henry Hinojoza when looking for our new home. Adding to the challenge of finding our perfect home, with our list of must haves was that we were relocating from Colorado. After detailing what we wanted, Cathy sent us 4 homes to see online. Literally we both stopped at the second home and knew that she had found it! Cathy and Henry did a remarkable job at clearly communicating with us daily and sharing both buyer and seller info during the process.Cathy visited the home for us and did many extra photos and videos for us until we were able to fly in from Denver to view it. She drove the neighborhood and surrounding areas and sent us additional photos to ensure there was nothing of concern. By the time we viewed it in person, we knew by just driving up that this was our home. There was literally nothing of surprise and in five minutes we were solid with this real estate.     Kelly was amazing! With just my luck, I happened to buy a home from an extremely difficult seller and, what seemed like, a tremendously inexperienced and difficult agent. Seriously, you would have thought we were evicting them instead of paying WAY over asking for their home. They say buying a house is stressful, but this was above and beyond what it could have and should have been! Kelly helped me get through the dramatized home buying process with the other parties involved. She fought for me and had my back over and over again; even as we drove to the closing!     We did not know Susan before my wife Natalie met her. In one day of looking she found a home we loved. That home was head and shoulders above the other 6-8 new and or previously owned homes. She found the home for us!We were moving from Minnesota to the Argyle area to be close to our daughters family and grand children. Argyle was out of our price range but we still wanted to close enough to run back and forth easily. We are under 5 miles from them. We wanted a community pool for the grand kids. She found it all for us!Susan found us a 2,000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 car garage in a great location close to shopping, highways at a pricewe could afford.The offer was very difficult due to a home we had to sell in Minnesota, we did not have an accepted purchase agreement yet. The offer had to be made contingent upon the sale of our home. The seller had more than one offer we marginally increased our price and due to Susans knowledge and negotiation skills our offer was accepted over other non contingent offers. This is very difficult to get our offer accepted when the other offers were non contingent ours was contingent on the sale of a home and inspection.If you need an extraordinary realtor Susan Rickert is the one for you.I speak from experience I have known hundreds of realtors having been one for 20+ years. Susan exceeded my expectations and rendered the services of the most experienced agents I have ever met!Natalie and I have the highest regard for Susan Rickert and we will recommend her.
