My husband and I worked with Miguel Picart to buy our first home. He made this experience amazing. He went above and beyond by showing us properties and providing us with house knowledge, and he truly cared about us as people. We felt seen, heard, and understood. Miguel took time to understand what was important to us and what we wanted in a house. We would recommend his services to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. He is truly amazing!

Miguel Picart was amazing. I met his family about 8 years ago through swim lessons for his children. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was available to answer any questions I had, and he let me know if he needed time to research for the answers I need in a timely manner. I highly recommend Miguel Picart and his amazing team for buying or selling a home. The whole process was smooth on their end and that made me feel taken care of. He works for a company that is considered a One Stop Shop and I really appreciated all of their help in the process of selling my Moms Estate.

We had a fantastic agent, Josh, who went out of his way to care for our house search needs. He is very patient and understanding. After we found a house and got the home inspection, we met up at this office to review the report. They contacted us back during Thanksgiving for free pies for all clients, but you have to come pick it up.

This office is amazing. First you have the Brand of CENTURY 21 --so instant trust to know your transaction is handled professionally. Second, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite has 77 years of experience. The experience of our management team, agents and staff gives us the tools to handle the sale of a house with ease and efficiency. Finally, this company cares about the client. So much so that after every transaction we have a survey that goes out to see how we did. We have a 97% satisfaction rating to date! Impressive.

I would like to take my time to write down my experience with this company. We were first time home buyers. I came into this not knowing what to expect. However our realtor John A. from this office is amazing, i can go on and on about John, He sure knows what he is doing. If at any point he did not know the answer he found out within a few hours. John tells you upfront about anything, he doesnt withold information from you, even if its not something you want to hear. You need John in your corner. John treats you with the up most respect at all times, and is always professional. John works hard for you, he never makes you feel dumb. There really isnt enough time to write everything down for John. Centry 21 as a company seemed okay, there were times i wish the managers would have stepped in more throughout the transaction. Let me explain the house we bought happened to come from a realtor from the same office and they didnt seem very professional. We always ran into problems with the other realtor. Ask for John and you will be set.
