We have had a great experience with Century 21 Burroughs. They helped us sell our home in under 24 hours and We got into our rental home with them quickly after the sale of our home! Or kiddos are able to stay in the same school district and everything was seamless! Highly recommend them for all real estate/ home rental needs!

Century 21 Burroughs was an absolute gem to work with. We rented from them for a total of three years and didn’t have one single issue with them. In fact, when we first started renting the original house had a squirrel in the wall that the exterminator couldn’t get, and they moved us to another rental without charge or complaint.Then, three years later naturally we bought a house and had no problems exiting our agreement with them.I highly recommend!

Must admit that the back to back appointments kinda pushed us to leave the viewing big the home fast then we needed.I do understand that its a viewing, but we are invested in look in cabinets - drawers - an inspections of bugs that do show signs, therefore allowing us to make an informed decision..Keep in mind that we are still in a pandemic, an mask should be mandatory for viewings.Century 21 Burr. Representative was great an very professional.Thank you for your time an efforts !

My family recently rented a property from this agency and we have not had any of the problems listed in the previous reviews. Rent checks are not accepted through a drop box anymore, but customers are welcome to mail in rent and the checks are not cashed early or anything. Paying rent is as convenient as dropping an envelope into your mailbox at your own convenience the good old fashioned way. We were able to move into our home three days early and the property was clean with fresh touch up paint. They even sent someone to mow the lawn and remove small trash upon move in without us asking for it. Shortly after we moved in, a pipe broke in our front yard and flooded the street. Century 21 promptly sent over a plumber to fix the pipe and the entire process was very hassle free. Staff has been nothing but professional, courteous, and easy to work with.

Century 21 Burroughs has been our landlord for 2 years now and weve had a great experience. They handle any requests very quickly and have great staff! We will be buying a home soon and will definitely be working with them when that time comes.

I have been with Century 21 for going on a year now. I have to say, these people go above and beyond. I had a financial issue recently and they worked with me and quickly made my life a lot easier. Its the companies that work with you during a hardship that make a difference. I highly recommend them.
