    Finding a new home can be very stressful and time consuming. I was very fortunate to have Dwight Baker Help me out with the right fit for me. As soon as I contacted him and let him know what I was looking for in my future place he wasted no time and found me a couple good options.     We called Dwight needing to find an apartment with an immediate move in date, with the criteria and budget provided, he was able to find something for us in less than 20 mins. After a week or so we decided that the place wasn’t for us. So we called Dwight up again, being more picky with our criteria, a higher budget and a little hope lost thinking we weren’t going to find something so last minute, he calls us back not even 5 mins later with an AMAZING place that we were able to move into the same day! It worked out perfectly. Dwight was extremely helpful, understanding, patient and FAST!

With my husband having a record it is a nightmare to even consider looking for a place all by ourselves. However when working with Dwight, he makes it a virtually stress free task.     I decided to relocate from Hammond Indiana to the Austin area in Texas. I applied to a few places and was turned down I was beginning to feel a bit discouraged but was referred to Dwight Baker.     Dwayne Baker of Central Metro Realty is a super hero! I had been working with an apartment locator for 2 weeks and applied at 5 different complexes, and got denied all 5 times, costing me over $1,700 In application fees. I had lost all hope. I’m self employed and was having trouble showing proof of income, and my credit was Definitely not great. The last apartment that denied me, recommended him and I said sure you can have him call me. 1 min later Dwayne called me, asked me what I was looking for and what my issues have been. He immediately told me about a brand new complex that met all of my requirements including a garage. 20 min later, he personally meets me there and goes on the tour with me, and guides me through the process. I was approved the very next day! And this apartment is more beautiful and nicer than all the other ones I had looked at. Dwayne’s care and customer services is top notch! He said, “I want to be your realtor as long as you live around here.” I’ll be getting married next year and buying my first house. And instead of sticking with a friend or family member that is a realtor, I’m going to stick with Dwayne Baker the professional/super hero.

    I needed a new realtor and did a web search for someone who came highly recommended. I found Cathy Zakutney and after reading some good reviews, decided to give her a try. Im glad I did! She contacted me back promptly, providing me a custom tailored listed of places which she created for us after a call in which she asked me all the criteria we had for our new home.Within a week, we were looking at the finalist apartments, and Cathy proved to be both knowledgeable of the market and invested in making sure we found the place that met our needs.Once we found the perfect location, we ended up having some difficulties getting approved due to an error in our rental history. Cathy was very engaged in helping us overcome the matter and even made additional calls and inquires on our behalf to help us get accepted.We were ultimately approved and moved into our perfect place and I know it was in no small part to Cathys work ethic and dedication to her clients.I will be calling Cathy again once we are looking for our next place!

    We had been looking for over an apartment for almost two weeks with no luck. I was getting nervous because I really wanted to get settled in a place before Christmas. We needed an ASAP move in , but with my husbands bankruptcy we just didnt think it was possible. We got lucky when I responded to a listing Jessica Garcia had posted on Craigslist.     Jessica and Garcia may be somewhat common names, but if you put them together and bibbity bobbity boo, they add up to one amazing realtor, and now friend.Before I get started on this requisitely long-winded review, let me tell yall something. I am currently working 88 hour weeks. I am on my 38th day with no day off, and yet this chick is so good, I am making the time to customize each of 3 reviews I am making for her.I am not mentioning my work schedule to call attention to me, Im just trying to IMPRESS UPON YOU that she is THAT wonderful *grasps you by the shoulders and gazes into your eyes searchingly like we are in a telenovela and I really want you to GET THIS.*We met at an open house I attended in Hutto. At the time I was just an orphan Annie wishful dreamer who never truly thought she could afford a house, especially on a single chick income. Everyone around me thought the same, and was warning me against what became the best decision I have ever made.Listen, this chick will GET you a house, no worries about that. But it will be a house you want and need and that is GOOD for you, not one of the 2 red flag properties I had been sighing over, that she gently but firmly guided me away from. If we hadnt researched these properties to death, I am not being hyperbolic when I say to you I could have been living right next to a train track, drug houses, amidst high potential flooding, wildfires, etc.When I saw a property I had longed for on Zillow came down by 10k in one day, she was Jess-on-the-spot and made sure we viewed it THAT night. She lives hecka far away from the property, but still was very on time and with it for me. We got my offer in the next day, and Im not kidding you, from day 1 to closing, everything was wrapped up and done in about 30 days!!!SO much about getting a home is having trust in your realtor. I could tell you horror stories about a dude at Chris Watters Realty that I dealt with. Jessica gifted me with a huge basket of goodies on closing day and STILL checks up on me 6 months later, as a FRIEND.Someone give this girl a raise!!! And again, give her your trust; you will not regret it.
