Catherine has helped us find two perfect homes. She always comes prepared with tons of information about properties we viewed. She has an extensive list of professional service providers to help homeowners with repairs or renovations. She answers all our questions, even when we text after hours. Catherine also caught an error in closing documents prepared by the title company that saved us over $2000. We asked her to help us outside her normal territory and she came through for us. Besides all that … Catherine is a nice and genuine person.

Working with Catherine was the best decision we ever made. She was absolutely great! From helping us find land that met our wants and needs to working though the purchasing process. She is SO knowledgeable about the ins and outs of land purchases, restrictions, easements and everything else we came across. She also knows the area extremely well and has so many contacts in the area for your needs throughout the process that it made the process extremely easy for us. She was honest about the listings she presented and that we would inquire about and wasn’t trying to just push a sale. Additionally, after our offer was accepted there were some details we found out that weren’t initially available and she went back and negotiated a better price. She did all of this while working with us remotely as we were not living in the immediate area. I highly recommend Catherine and will work with her again for any of our future needs!
