We heard about Ken through a home builder back in 2015. We called Ken to advise us on our new home build and he offered some great advice which made us decide to wait a few more months before making a decision on where and with what company to build our home. Ken was happy to help and, of course, we called him back when we were ready to build. He helped us through the whole process with patience and always with a smile.This past year, we found out we were moving across the country and needed to sell our home so, again, we called Ken. He and his team were fantastic throughout the listing and selling process. Ken was always available to answer questions and offer advice. We closed on our home this week and could not have been happier with the process. He helped to ensure we had a smooth closing even though we would be out of state and unable to attend.Ken thinks of everything and no details are lost during any part of selling or buying your home. We could not have asked for a better experience! PLUS we got a portion of the realtor fee back during the buying and selling processes because of his “Cash Back” policy! In fact, we bought our living room furniture set with our cash back when we first moved in to our home. We highly recommend Ken, the “Cash Back” realtor!

We loved working with Ken to both sell our home and purchase a new one! Ken was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable, AND getting the CASH BACK at closing made such a big difference! It covered all of our moving expenses and we even had some leftover to buy some amazing shutters for our new home! Buying and selling is never easy- but we were very thankful for Ken and all of his help to navigate the process! Would recommend him to anyone buying or selling!

If I could give Ken 10 stars, I happy would! Ken has been AMAZING to work with during our home building process (we are first-time home buyers).He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough and provided us with useful insight/tips/recommendations throughout our home buying/building process. He is always just a text/email/call away to answer any questions/concerns.One incident that is worth mentioning: During the home buying process, I had verbally promised Ken an extra ‘X’ amount of dollars if we were able to get some discount from the home builder at the time of signing the documents. When his rebate check came through, I called Ken to offer him his share of the ‘X’ dollars I had promised him 6+ months ago but he kindly declined saying “please use it to buy some furniture”. His “cash back” rebate is such a blessing!I will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. He has earned my trust/business for life!

I would recommend Ken for any real estate transaction, but with the added incentive of a 2% cash back rebate, you really cant go wrong! We sincerely appreciated this added bonus, which allowed us to forgo paying PMI. But...truly the real bonus was getting to work with Ken! Thanks again.
