Brad Roszell is a superb realtor. The process of looking for a home is never easy, but somehow Brad made it enjoyable (?!). Ive worked with countless realtors before, but none have come close to the responsiveness, kindness, patience, and expertise that Brad has displayed in every step of the process. When it came time to the showing, Brad was early and came prepared with papers and information that had everything I needed to know about the property. I also liked that he remembered the previous tenants and it was obvious they had a good relationship when working with him last. I appreciated that, as it left me with a sense of comfortability that we were in good hands and that he would be looking out for our best interests. Brad even stayed long after the showing to answer all my questions. I was out of the country on vacation during the application/approval process, which was very nerve-wracking to me, but Brad was reassuring and offered many options so that things could be the most convenient for me. Upon our approval, we received our paperwork immediately with detailed instructions and, of course, fast responses from Brad to any of my questions I had...even beyond his normal working hours.Working with Brad and Casa Dulce Realty has been one of the most seamless, stress-free renting processes I have ever been through and I will definitely be working with them again.

Drove down to Austin from Connecticut very spontaneously and contacted some realtors along the drive. I didn’t expect to be moving into an apartment for a few days at the least, but Jose Hernandez helped us out and got us set up in a apartment in just one day! Very professional and helpful service indeed, highly recommended! 10/10.

Me and my buddy moved down to Austin TX on a whim, and with virtually zero notice, Jose Hernandez got us set up with an apartment and moved within a day of our arrival. Unbelievable! Very friendly, professional, helpful, and gatchallion. Totally on the ball! Couldn’t be more pleased! Five stars for sure!
