I’m a home inspector and have been working with Cathy about 5 years. I am very impressed by her knowledge of house construction and common deficiencies with houses. I have to give her bad news regarding inspection findings often and she is always glad that the deficiencies were discovered. Cathy is very professional and always has her clients best interests in mind. She is one of the hardest working people I know.
