Lisa and Sandy did a phenomenal job walking us through the proper pricing, assessment of comps, completing amazing photos of our home and we were able to get it sold in less than two days. So thankful! Lisa and her team (Sandy) were so gracious and had to deal with a lot because of our circumstances. They accomplished everything with sensitivity, care, concern and professionalism. They sold both our house and my fathers house over the same time period. My father unexpectedly died during the process making things a lot more difficult. But Lisa and her team did a fabulous job. Couldnt recommend them more.

She along with Sandy organized everything and communicated promptly when necessary. She was always available for a call. Her market knowledge, particularly of the High Meadow Ranch area was a tremendous help in obtaining showings and when it came down to the final negotiations, she was firm and quick to respond. Sandy is a valuable asset in Lisas organization. She too offered her expert advice to us and was always expeditious in responding. We had a great experience with everyone in this office. Melissa was our agent and is wonderful. She is always responsive and went above and beyond to make our buying experience as stress free as possible. At one point in the process we had to deal with an error made by the appraiser. Melissa and her husband, who is a broker, both stepped in to resolve the problem and ensure that we were happy and well represented. Even after closing Melissa helped us find contractors and went so far as to corral our kids while we met with one of them. At this point we consider her more of a friend than an agent. There is no pond or water on the property as shown on map, down from here on Lonestar lane and 1774. Great piece of property up for sale. New wider road and a new fire department 300 yards down Lonestar lane.This would make a great Wendys or any fast food place because there are none in the surrounding location.
