From the start Caroline was informative, professional, friendly and focused on meeting our wants and needs of a house. Throughout the whole process she dedicated her time to make sure our questions were answered no matter the day or time. She always had a quick and confident answer to all our questions and made us feel confident in our decisions. I have purchased three houses and sold three houses and by far she was our best realtor. I trusted her advice and judgement to the point I was more than okay with her doing the final inspection of the house and us not having to be present. Thank you Caroline for all that you did for us!! I have to say I was nervous meeting a new realtor. However, Caroline made it so easy to find out next home. The first day we met she put our nerves at ease. She communicates very well and it is okay if she cant answer your call right away. Shoot her a text message and she will let you know that she will call right back. Every little question we had for her she was able to answer and if not she got back to us within the same day or following. Oh, and if you are not in San Antonio, she comes to you. Caroline made the drive to New Braunfels, and we had a blast checking out the homes. I feel as she is part of our family and cant wait to call her up when we are ready for our next home. Caroline is a go-getter. She is strong, organized, and sweet. She knows when to back off and allow the clients to come to a decision regarding the homes they wish to pursue, but she also knows when to provide her expertise. A lot occurs when purchasing a home and some of those things we potential buyers are not even aware of, like many professions, a lot of behind-the-scenes work takes place. Caroline makes sure the buyer is protected, she also guides you in making a reasonable offer for a potential home, and most importantly, effectively negotiates for incentives. It is because of these many attributes, that makes her a wonderful real estate agent. Please be reassured you will be in good hands.

Look no further. You have found the perfect realtor in Caroline Sanabria. My wife and I purchased our home in Schertz, TX in June 2024. But our relationship with Caroline goes back a year earlier when we first started looking for a home while we were out-of-state in Illinois where I retired from active duty in the U.S. Army. She quickly familiarized us with San Antonio and the surrounding areas. She got to know us well and fully understood what we were looking for in a home. We pointed her towards houses we were interested in looking at and she researched everything we needed to know about the homes. She in turn provided us with other similar options and locations to also consider. Never pushy or aggressive, she patiently accommodated our timeline and desires. During our in-person search for homes, Caroline dedicated an entire week just to be with us as we looked at different houses. She always provided sound advice and made it a point to quickly respond to questions when she did not immediately have an answer. While Caroline recommended, we shop around, she did introduce us to Tomekia Hunt with CrossCountry Mortgage. After looking at other options for a lender, we did choose Tomekia as the Hunt Team shared the same caring approach that Caroline took with us throughout our whole home-buying adventure. Caroline is outstanding! She took great care of us, and I am confident that she will do the same for you.
