Carmen helped me purchase my first home in 2019 and was able to score us an amazing deal on a new build with many upgrades we did not think we would be able to afford due to her hard work and incredible negotiating skills. Her communication and patience with us through the entire process was on point. She made sure that she was aware of our must haves and did not push us to settle without meeting those expectations.I never felt pressured and always felt informed which is extremely important in making a huge purchase like this.I will definitely use the CLR Sales Group again for all of my future real estate transactions.

They patiently walked us through every step of the process and were there to answer all of our many questions. When we sold our home, they were here to give us tips and to stage it for us. They did such a great job that it went under contract after the first weekend! Then she and Len worked with us to find just the right home. Not once did we feel pressured to settle for a house or to upgrade to something more than we were looking for. Carmen is so knowledgeable that she was able to help us get our new home for a deal, and the whole CLR Sales Group team walked us through the process of closing both houses. Working with the CLR Sales Group was by far the best decision we made when entering into the real estate market. We wanted a new build house but were not sure of the area. Carmen immediately stepped in an advised us on a lot that would fit the needs of our family. Based on Carmens recommendation, we saved $165,000 on the lot alone! Carmen was there from start to finish and assisted with everything from selecting floorplans, advising during design center appointments, and negotiating contract details to save us money. Carmen even paid for us to have a personal home design consultant. Who does that!?!? Top tier service from the CLR Sales Group and we couldnt be happier! We love our new home!Carmen, Len, Rachel, Carissa, John, Andrew, and others at CLR Sales Group were also amazing in helping us with the sale/lease of our other home (e.g., our starter home). I moved to Texas almost a year ago. Houses were flying off the market as fast as they appeared. Several realtors could not meet my expectations. Jennifer Shaffer was closing up an open house. She offered to show me houses in the area and I accepted. We made at least a dozen offers and could not get an offer accepted. Jen was always cheerful and optimistic. When an offer was finally accepted she with me through each step of the transaction. She was even at my closing. Even after closing she continues to keep in contact. When I need a realtor again, I will call Jen. You should as well. I am a difficult client and she was always professional and more important ethical. Love you Jen.
