Capital Trust Realty has been my realtor and property manager of choice for a number of years. Working in the real estate investment industry for 15 plus years, I have experienced many different types of property managers and realtors. Domenic and his team are by far the best. They are responsive and dedicated to serving their customers. Communication is clear, open, and honest. I know I can trust this team to handle my listings as well as the day to day management of my tenants. I dont often make recommendations or write reviews. But when I choose to, it is because someone is a super star going above and beyond on a consistent basis.

My only call when buying or selling. To date Capital Trust Realty has orchestrated the sale of two homes, the purchase of my current home, the sale of some acreage we had, and even secured us fantastic renters when we had our rental property.The sale of our previous home yielded multiple offers in less than a week, the purchase of our current home went off without a hitch even though the previous owners and I were out of town multiple times throughout the process.Ive found Domenic to be both extremely professional and patient throughout the ups and downs of buying and selling. Do yourself a favor and give them a call if youre considering buying, selling, or renting.

OK it took me a while to write this but I really didn’t know how much a review helps out someone on google until now. I truly owe it to this honest and good man to share with the world what he does for people. During Hurricane Harvey, I was in the market for a new home and I was using a well-known realtor at the time, friend of a friend, everyone knows one. However, what I witnessed during that time frame made me change who I was dealing with. Shortly after the disaster I was working at a damaged neighborhood I ran into a guy, Domenic. We ran into each other working on helping out my parents and others there. I took notice that he wasn’t just out there working on a sale, he was working with people who genuinely needed help, when I heard more about him. I found out he came out after Hurricane Harvey, and graciously worked with several families from his home town in Friendswood. They were all older, less fortunate disaster victim with no immediate family. One of the ladies I talked to, didn’t even know how to use a cell phone! She had no family to take care of her. She explained that he was helping her, he was doing it at not profit to help her out, it brought tears to my eyes when I heard that. He even taught her how to text and gave her a phone to help communicate with all the people she needed to talk to! Domenic didn’t brag or advertise about that to anyone, he was genuinely just helping people out. I have lived here many years, through many hurricanes and floods. All I ever come across was opportunists and con artist contractors looking for prey. That changed my direction right there, I have used Capital Trust from that day forward. Integrity is hard to come by in this business. You can take my word for it. Domenic and his team are realtors the put the TRUST in Capital Trust. Thank you Domenic!
