We have now used Candace on both the buying and selling side. When we were buying, she handled negotiations with the seller to get critical items from the inspection report handled - always making sure our best interests were top of mind. When we were selling, she hosted open houses with lots of traffic due to the impeccable marketing her and her team put together. Our house was under contract in 3 days!We had two smooth transactions and would highly recommend Candace to both buyers and sellers. Not only is she very honest and fair, she is a great person to have in your corner.

I really cant recommend Candace enough. I was pretty nervous as it was my first home buying experience, but Candace was great at walking me through all the details. She was patient with all my phone calls and questions and got me into my dream home with no surprises. In fact, she even got me a new roof and gutters as part of the deal that the sellers paid for. It really couldnt have gone any better and Im so thankful for all her help and hard work!!

Candace is amazing!!.She is so knowledgeable and actually cares about her clients.The Austin market was super crazy and initially was so discouraging but having Candace through the process really helped me find some peace. She is also a go-getter and would literally be available 24/7. She would remind me of all the important things to look out for when viewing the home. I personally wanted an older home with character so after getting the home inspected she would help me go through the inspection report to make sure I understood it.As a first time homebuyer she did amazing explaining the game plan and helped me feel at ease. She also has a wonderful team that is there to help! I really enjoyed working with the inspector she recommended it as well.It took me about a year until I found the perfect home because during that year I was going through stuff but she was so understanding and patient. As a first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed the first few months working with a relator outside Compass. My heart calmed when I met Candace. Within minutes of our first meeting, I was immediately relieved to have Candace represent me and my anxiousness quickly turned into excitedness. I knew she was going to take care of me and work HARD to help me find my dream home. She was available whenever I needed her (literally within minuets), and always worked with my schedule to do showings. She has a great deal of condo knowledge which really helped me weigh in my options, and I appreciated her honesty and assistance throughout the entire process. She was a fireball when it came to closing negotiations and I definitely felt big sister vibes with how hard she fought for me.Even though it took a bit longer for me to find my home, she was extremely patient and supportive in my journey. She was available literally 24/7 (even when she was out of town) to answer all our questions, guide us through the process, make offers and turn in paperwork on time.Candace was very patient while touring homes (even when I had my small children with me).Our situation was unique, and Candace not only helped us find our dream home but also recommended a mortgage lender who would be able to assist us in closing quickly on the home.Even after we closed on the home, Candace still remains in contact with us (making sure we file for homestead exemption, etc).She goes above and beyond to make us feel special with Welcome Home gift, Halloween and Christmas treats. She knew the areas/neighborhoods we would be the most interested in, and pre-screened houses to make the showing process faster for all of us.
