Nick has been so helpful. He responds immediately. If you have a student at UT Austin, he is the guy to go to.We have rented from other landlords in Austin. To say they were bad is an understatement. Nick helped set us up to rent in less than a week, during the middle of these issues. He is reliable, helpful and honest.

Lucus Cochrane was able to help my roommates and I find a rental house in the north campus area. Lucus was very patient as we walked through multiple properties with him before making any kind of decision. When we toured, he was very hands off and we never felt pressured. He really listened to our needs and was able to move fast once we were ready to make the commitment. All around I was very happy with our experience and the decision to sign a lease.

Nick and his squad at Central Properties are great. They always respond to maintenance requests, always get you good deals on leases, and even purchases! They really do it all at this one stop shop for property management, and even real estate purchases! They might seem short with you occasionally, but they really are business oriented. I would feel confident in working with Campus and Central Properties anytime they had another deal too scoop up!

As a property owner, working with Nick and his team has been an awesome experience. We purchased a condo last August and 11 months later with Nick’s guidance, my son has Texas residency. Campus and central properties work on behalf of the owners so there is no hassle in finding tenants or dealing with maintenance, etc. They do it all for you!With rental prices skyrocketing, I’m so glad we were able to buy a property through Nick! I have been working with Nick and Campus & Central Properties over the past 12 months in the purchase and subsequent lease/rental of a 2 bedroom condominium. There were delays in the completion of the construction of the condominium that were out of Nick’s control and Nick was great in keeping us uptodate on the status of the construction and the permit approvals.Once the construction was completed and all the permits were all in place, Nick and C&CP were outstanding in taking control of acquiring and managing lease occupants. The condominium has been fully leased and Nick and C&CP have seamlessly managed all the payments from the lessee and to me ever since. Both Nick and C&CP have been very professional throughout all my dealings with them. I have nothing but very positive recommendations for both Nick and C&CP for all of their efforts of the acquisition and subsequent lease management of my cindominium. They were very professional!

This property is the best value you will find when looking in the campus area, the new appliances are also a huge bonus.
