Travis was the best advocate for me and my wife that I could have hoped for. When we began our search for a 250-400 acre property in Stephens county, we called him to discuss the area and the prices we we seeing. He had a ton of knowledge of the area , the history of the parcels for sale, and he had the most up to date tools to reach specific parcels. He helped us narrow our search and showed us as many properties as we wanted to visit. On a land tour, you need to be able to get around the property. We were traveling from out of state and it would be a problem to drag down an ATV - Travis met us with a very comfortable 4 seat UTV for each tour. He took as much time as we needed to find the place we wanted to buy.Once we decided on a property, Travis advocated for us, submitting all documents, reviewing all requests, and moving the closing to help our schedules. Even through close, he went above and beyond, using his knowledge of the area to get us all the applications we needed for water meter, fuel delivery and similar items.I am more confident in the deal we got, and our selection of a property becuase Travis partnered with us. He was always available, prompt to respond, and I know that I have a resource if I ever have a question about the area as we go forward. We are beyond pleased, and happy to have made a new friend.Highly recommend
