We followed their practical suggestions to get the house ready to sell. They had a clear marketing strategy to list the house. When we listed, we had multiple offers the first weekend over asking price just as the Mason’s had predicted when they first met with us. Thank God for connecting us with Sam and Maria through a mutual friend. I didnt get any chance to touch base with Sam at all prior to being in the DFW area as I was extremely busy at work. We arrived in the area on Saturday evening, and Sam actually had a list of potential houses ready. After a quick discussion to align our needs and what our family were looking for, Sam went to work making adjustments and finalizing the list to show us homes the next day even though it was Saturday night. Talking about dedication!The best part about working with Sam, Maria and Jose was that they were always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than on closing a deal. We couldnt ask for a better experience. This is the fourth house we’ve sold and the service and professionalism from Maria and Sam was far above anything we had ever experienced. They visited our home several times to give advise on how to get the house ready to put on the market. They came and staged with their own furniture and props to enhance what we already had, and then their profesional photographer made the house look amazing! In fact, the winning buyers offered the bid just off the photos when they couldn’t attend opening weekend. The Open House was packed and we ended up with 13 offers at over-asking price, including the winning offer at more than 20% over-asking! We were amazed! In addition, they were great about communicating all the steps in the process and promptly answered any questions I had. Within 48 hours of the house listing, they provided me with a spreadsheet summarizing the terms of the 13 highest offers so we didn’t have to read 13 contracts. They are a hard working, experienced team and they know what they are doing. Plus, they are super sweet. I highly recommend.
