We retained Ms. Martinez of Cameron Real Estate as our realtor in selling our house in McAllen, Texas. She was our agent while we rented house in McAllen, and she was our realtor in buying the house.She is very professional in her work, has goos knowledge of local housing market as well as different paperwork aspects.She has great negotiation skills and was helpful in getting good price both during buying and selling our house.She also has good contact to different persons like handyman, landscaping etc. to help us prepare house while selling process as well as overall maintenance when we lived in our house.She kept in good contact when we were living in the house for help she may provide.In short, Ms. Martinez is a great real estate professional. We were very impressed with her help throughout our home buying and selling process. She will be our first choice to look our new house if we move back to McAllen/ Rio Grande Valley area.
