We are currently in process of purchasing our first home. Closing date should be at the beginning of February and we are just so excited! Jon is great at what he does! He has made this process real simple for us. He understood our needs and what we were looking for in a home, and went straight to work. We looked at about 10-12 homes before finding the right one. My wife and I used CRG, and we are SO glad we did. CRG made the entire home buying process clear, easy and (dare I say it?) fun. They were communicative, prompt and gave excellent advice. They will support you from start, to close, and beyond. After buying, we werent dropped as clients. The CRG team has reached out, given us Cains List (think Angies list, but better, more personalized and hand selected for you), and made sure we knew about the tax paperwork that was recommended we fill out. I feel like we could text any member of the CRG Group (we worked with KodiKay, Megan, and Emily at different stages of the process) and they could give us an excellent recommendation/advice. We moved from out of state to the Austin area, yet because they were so communicative, it was like we were doing it in state/same city. Between the two of them, they kept us informed of what was going on and what are options were every step of the way. Elizabeth came extremely prepared with all the data and had answers to every question we had. Our requirement was special, when the sale happens, we will not be in the country. We wanted to invest in a rental property and knew we needed to return to Cain Realty since they have been wonderful to our family in the past. This is experience was on par with our prior experience. In the past we worked with KodiKay and Ricky Cain, and this experience was equally great working with both Connor and Kaitlyn. The market is HOT right now, which is great for the sellers, but much more difficult to be a buyer. We would find the perfect house and it would be over priced, offers coming in left and right and oftentimes everything felt overwhelming. This is where Connor was really excellent. He advised us when the property was going to increase in value, and when the homes were a bad investment. He was an excellent tour guide throughout the process and was an excellent partner. Once the contract is finalized, we had the honor of working with Kaitlyn. She is joy-filled and so easy to work with. Making transactional real estate communication dare I say sparkle, yup. My boyfriend and I planned to relocate from NJ to Austin area, TX. I found Cain Realty Group online, I liked their relocation guide page and was happy to find out that they work with people like us - from another state. I filled out the form, and Emily contacted me the same day. I didn’t know anything - I didn’t know even what neighborhood is for us. Emily was very detailed with her interview - thought google meet she showed us a presentation of the company and all steps in buying a house. As it’s our first house - it has been very helpful! She asked everything what we are looking for in a new house, what we like, what we don’t. I was surprised that in couple days I already looked at the portal of houses that exceeded our expectations and still stayed in our price range. In 3 weeks we already flew to Austin to check out the houses. We fell in love with Kyle area and were amazed that there were so many houses available even within the same community. Looking at houses with our own eyes was definitely a good choice - some houses had beautiful photos but required a lot of little repairs when we saw them. Other houses were not as pretty on the pictures but had amazing atmosphere inside and coziness. Second day of looking at the houses was even better than the first! We liked almost all of them 😆 we submitted two offers and owner agreed 🤩 A whole process ran so smooth! Emily is such a great negotiator - she negotiated for the fridge and laundry for us, even though it wasn’t initially included with a sale. We bought a house for a very good price and very happy with it!!! Kaitlyn assisted us with all paperwork, inspection and closing documents. Even a month after the sale, Kaitlyn helped us to get our keys (as we moved a month later) and with all my million of questions that came with homeownership. After helping us to stage and sell our house at an excellent price, we finally found our dream home and within budget. Due to a unique situation with the sellers, we needed to close on the property in a very short period of time. In fact, the sellers took the house off the market because none of the potential buyers could accommodate the time frame requirement even though they were getting many offers. When I asked my usual lender about the possibility of meeting the deadline, his response was an abrupt “no, not possible”.
