    Jared is an amazing realtor! He was very patient in helping us to find a home. Never pressuring us, but wanted to find the best home for our situation. He knows the market and is a good negotiator.When we sold our old home, he did a market analysis and helped us know how to sell it. The open house was impressive with signs, balloons, mailers and social media postings!! It was very well attended and we received many many offers and a much higher price than we ever imagined. We highly recommend Jared if you want the very best!!

    Our agent Birk was amazing! I feel like his understanding of the market made the difference in us getting a house we loved in a really competitive market.     Bryson Real Estate was awesome to work with!!! We sent Jared a few pictures of some houses we liked and the next day he drove us to every single house to look inside. As soon as we fell in love with the one we wanted he made the right calls and made the process so quick and easy! We didn’t have to do anything but be excited about owning our own home! And we never felt pressured or overwhelmed with his help. When we had problems with the loan to qualify Jared went out of his way to help us find someone who could help! I would 10/10 recommend! Friendly, fast and personable for sure!

    Jared Bryson recently helped me buy a new home and sell my old one and he was just fantastic! He is so knowledgeable and really helped me navigate through processes that are not my area of expertise. He is patient and diligent and always made us feel important, even when he was working with many other clients. In our new home, he helped us see potential that we would never have seen on our own and it turned out to be the perfect house for us! But most importantly, Jared is trustworthy and honest.     Jared is the best agent I’ve ever met. He is what a real estate agent should be. His operation is a real business, not just someone with a real estate license. They did a ton of work in selling our house. They mailed flyers, they canvased neighborhoods with door knob hang flyers, they syndicated the deal to hundreds of websites, they ran ads, they were super strategic in how they ran the open house, they coached us exactly on what needed to be done to maximize the offers, etc, all at their expense. Obviously they are earning a commission on the sale of the house, but they used those future commissions to pay for that stuff, which eats into their profits but delivers a much better experience and likelihood of maximizing the value from the homes they sell. That’s what I mean by they are running a real business.And they delivered! We couldn’t believe the offers they got for us and ultimately the deals they negotiated for us. We were blown away.Listen, your brother or sister in law with a real estate license may not talk to you for a while when you don’t use them to sell your house and call Jared instead, but they’ll eventually understand. The commission is the same percentage, you owe it to yourself to use the absolute best agent, and Bryson Real Estste are on a completely other level from other agents I’ve met.

    Jared was amazing start to finish in helping all our townhome! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He made sure all parties involved were kept in the loop.  He was very polite and caring as well.  My Dad, who never actually met Jared But watched the videos he sent me explaining how he advertised. Another video going over his top choices for offers we received. Also me constantly talking about him to my Parents and family... again my Dad has never met him.  And my dad is not an easy sell.  He told me that he wanted Jareds info for the future.  He was really impressed by all that he did.   I really appreciated how much help I received. I was kept up to date at all times. Any questions I asked were answered pretty quickly. He is really good at what he does and I would recommend him for anyone!!
