I was looking for a very specific type of property and there was none available on the market at the time. Rather than waiting for listings to pop up, Bryan took a proactive role in researching and contacting property owners. Bryan left no stone unturned. He was available to meet me promptly and took his time to perform a very detailed search. We went through all potential properties that are not even on the market. From negotiation through closing, he was very responsive and available whenever I had questions. Bryan is very knowledgeable not only in residential but also in land and commercial real estate. With Bryans help, I was able to make an offer and post an escrow towards buying the property a day after contacting him. A week later, we closed on it. It was super fast and simple thanks to Bryan using electronic signing paperwork to expedite the process. Bryan was quick to respond to my inquiries, knowledgeable, and punctual. Id definitely use him again next time Im in the market.
