Brookshire Real Estate has an amazing staff, courteous, and very knowledgeable of different builders in the area and homes. Our family purchased our home with Mr. Brookshire taking care of all the details and negotiations, while we were transitioning into the area. We also sold that same home and used their services again, with Mr. Brookshire leading the way. Overall great experience and they are very people friendly, hands down the best in the Lufkin area!

Loved working with Tim Brookshire. My husband and I tried to find the perfect house for nearly 5 months. Brookshire worked with us through it all. He constantly sent us houses to look at and when we would finally both agree on one he always made time to show us any house. When we had our hearts set on a house he made the process very simple. Our realtor Regan Rash was superb in every way, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, prompt and above all an absolute joy to be around. Initially Regan explained to us the current real estate market, real estate trends in general and particularly in our immediate area. Regan cautioned we were listing at what could be the tail end of a frothy real estate market, discussed with us in detail several possible strategies with price points for our listing she then diligently explained which she recommended and why. Shortly after listing our property the real estate market began a correction, Regan reassured us that our marketing strategy was still viable and offered additional explanation as to different possibilities in the near-term market. We highly recommend Regan Rash for your real estate needs and wish her well in the future.

Tim is one of the best. Personally and professionally. He sold my Dad’s house twice in two days. I the first time we couldn’t close because of probate issues. So we took it off the market until that was clear, then relisted and it sold again in two days. Both times for over asking price. He knows the market and does a fantastic job.

We began working with Tim in May of 2019 looking for our first home as we had a baby on the way and wanted to be able to give him a real home to grow up in. He was very patient and understanding with what we were looking for and help us in every way he could. He even understood when we had to temporarily stop because my husband was going to be gone for almost a full month with the military. We welcomed our new baby in August and at the same time found the absolutely perfect home for us! During the process there were a few curve balls thrown at us but Tim never flinched and was able to help us get the home of our dreams. By the end of October we had closed and moved into our forever home with our 2 month old baby.
