Patrick and Holly Winn are the freaking dream team! I am a mortgage lender, so I have access to many realtors. There were only 2 that I trusted on my own home purchase and they made it a cake walk. I would say that their best feature to using them is that they know real estate and they can see potential problems from a mile away being that they have been in construction and remodeling for a long time. They have connections to all the right subs you will ever need. This sets them apart from the rest. Their communication is incredible. The team was able to sell my house during a rough market and in december, a time when many would think it would be too hard. Also if i needed any kind of contractor, inspector or any type of work done they would offer and were able to link me with someone who could help. They were there for me in a way that i needed doing this deal in a place i wasnt from and were there when i needed questions answered. Im truly grateful and wish them peace and prosperity
